The Emerald Isle

No more Instagram, so the blog is going to take on that role. As you may or may not have noticed, I’ve grown weary of writing out the details of my adventures, fascinating though they may be. We can share my roaming the earth through photos…Feel free to ask away if anythings looks mysterious or unknowable through the eyeball.

Landed in Dublin, though my Rimowa decided to stay in Denver. Won’t stop me, though. Dinner at an exquisite spot and Sunday I went along with a History professor from Trinity college to get a really in-depth perspective on the country. No tour would be complete without a visit to the Dublin Castle, seat of British rule for so long:

Fish ‘n Chips from Leo Burdock, sitting on church grounds
Sunday night is pub jam…everywhere. Hit one and then hit pay dirt with this one. Gentleman just behind the wall (you can see his profile) made most of the instruments. Really felt like I was in Ireland when the whole bar broke out in song; I picked up the chorus and jumped right in. That’s money and traveller’s gold….
